About Natalie

I have worked at Pavilion since December 2021 in the role of Office Manager. I previously worked in 2 other Pre Schools settings, both as a practitioner and in an administrative role.

I have four children, 3 of whom are now teenagers. All of them attended a charity Pre School similar to Pavilion. I am a firm believer in everything that Pavilion stands for and am passionate about the benefits of a setting like ours, which has the welfare and progress of the children truly at its heart.

Prior to becoming a mum I worked in a Primary School office. I thoroughly enjoyed doing an administrative role within a school setting and am delighted to be part of the Pavilion team.
