Sessions and Fees

The preschool is registered with Ofsted and can accommodate up to 28, 2, 3, 4 and 5 year old children in any one session. We accept children aged between 2 and 5 years, during school term times.
Pavilion can provide Free Early Education Entitlement of 15 up to 30 hours, subject to availability. Children become eligible for this funding at the start of the term following their third birthday. We offer an open plan play experience with all children learning together.
The child/staff ratios are set by the governing body Ofsted who are responsible for the registration and inspection of the preschool. These ratios are: one member of staff for every eight children over the age of three. At Pavilion we over staff to the required ratios to ensure all children have a positive play experience and staff are supported and have the time to plan, prepare and fully support children learning and development.

Consumables:
Whilst the funding covers the basic elements of Early Years Foundation Stage, we believe in order to maximise your child's opportunities and experiences during their formative years any additional charges ensure we can continue delivering the high standard of care and education that families expect from our setting. As a not for profit charity, any charges that we make help with long term sustainability and allows us to continue to provide quality pre-school education for children within our local community and the wider area.
Parents have the choice to opt in or opt out of our consumable packages. You may only opt in or opt out at the beginning of each term. Please see our Charging Policy for further details.
