A vacancy has arisen for a 1:1 SEND Pre School Practitioner
About the Role
To provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), enabling them to access learning opportunities, participate fully in preschool life, and achieve their individual developmental goals. The practitioner will work closely with the child, their family, the SENDCo, and external professionals to promote positive outcomes within a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
Personal Qualities
Experience of working with children with SEND in an early years or educational setting.
Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Knowledge of inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs.
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and professionals.
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
Salary, contract type, hours
£12.99 per hour
Fixed term contracdt for one year
Monday-Friday 09.00 am - 12.00 am
