Curriculum
At Pavilion Preschool, we believe that every child is unique, capable and full of potential. Our curriculum is designed to inspire curiosity, nurture confidence and develop a lifelong love of learning, providing children with the knowledge, skills and experiences they need to thrive.
Guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), our curriculum offers a rich and varied range of opportunities, built around children's interests, individual needs and stages of development. Through purposeful play, exploration, creativity and meaningful interactions, we encourage children to investigate, experiment, ask questions and make sense of the world around them.

We carefully plan experiences and activities that build on what children already know and can do, helping them develop new skills, knowledge and understanding. We recognise that children learn best when they feel happy, safe, valued and secure, and we place great importance on building positive relationships and creating an environment where every child feels confident to have a go.
We want our children to become independent, resilient and enthusiastic learners who are confident to express their ideas, develop friendships, embrace challenges and celebrate their achievements. From discovering the wonder of nature to sharing stories, exploring numbers, creating artwork and developing physical skills, every experience is an opportunity to learn.
We also recognise the importance of working in partnership with parents and families. By sharing knowledge, celebrating progress and working together, we can provide a consistent and supportive approach to each child's learning and development.
Our ambition is that every child leaves Pavilion Preschool with a smile, a sense of achievement, a love of learning and the confidence to take their next steps.
